These capabilities include distributed and collaborative project management, implementation of best-in-class project management processes, and consistent measurement and tracking of project and portfolio performance. Many of their tools were developed in collaborative partnership with their BrightWork Customer Solution Architect (CSA), with whom they have been able to take full advantage of the BrightWork solution.
