Upcoming Changes to BrightWork 365 Pricing
In 2025, BrightWork will be updating our pricing. Since our last price update in 2020, we have evolved BrightWork 365 with many new releases, bringing us closer to our mission – Project Portfolio Management on the Microsoft Platform, Made Easy. Upcoming changes to our pricing will reflect this evolution.
New Pricing will be Effective June 1st, 2025
We are committed to offering competitive pricing for BrightWork 365. For our existing customers this new pricing will go into effect on June 1st, 2025.

How Will This Pricing Change Work?
Please find below the details regarding how this change will affect your future renewals and additional user licenses:
- 2025 Renewal Pricing: No changes for your renewal in 2025. For your upcoming renewal in 2025, you will be billed at our current (2024) pricing. This applies to all user licenses subscribed up to 2024, ensuring your costs remain consistent for another year.
- 2026 Renewal Pricing: Updated pricing will take effect from your 2026 renewal.
- Additional User Licenses: You can purchase additional user licenses at the current pricing until May 31, 2025. Beginning June 1, 2025, any new user licenses will be billed at the adjusted 2025 rates.

Will purchases made in 2024 renew at the current year’s pricing?
Yes, any licenses purchased on or before December 31st, 2024, will renew in 2025 at the 2024 rates.
If we purchase additional user licenses before June 1st, 2025, will we pay the 2024 rates upon renewal later in 2025?
Yes, licenses purchased before June 1st, 2025, will renew at the 2024 rates, even if the renewal date is after June 1st, such as in October 2025.
How will pricing apply for additional licenses bought after June 1st 2025?
Any licenses purchased on or after June 1st, 2025, will be renewed at the new rates, even if the customer’s renewal date is later in the year, such as October 2025.
